Firstly, slice your salmon In Half length ways, (This will cook your salmon faster) and add to a hot Non-Stick pan with small amount of cooking oil, Then Add Pasta To a pot with rolling Boiling Water,
Slice all your tomatoes in half, and fry off in another separate pan, de Glace with some white wine & Add in a tablespoon of garlic puree
Turn Your Salmon after 2 mins cooking on one side
Add in Bisque stock
Add some seasoning to taste
Roughly Slice a generous amount of basil, add to sauce
Finally add in the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix
Dish out Generous portions in bowls
Serve with pan fried salmon on top and some finely grated parmesan.
