My Options is a HSE support service that provides free and confidential counselling to people experiencing an unplanned pregnancy. Professional, experienced counsellors can talk to you about all your options including continued pregnancy supports and abortion services. Counsellors can arrange access to face-to-face counselling and post-abortion counselling can also be provided.
