1) heavily salt your pasta water and cook pasta when boiling (use fresh pasta for quicker cooking time)
2) In a pan cook your chorizo & shallot in a little oil until onion is softened.
3) add in your garlic, tomato puree, chilli & paprika
4) add in your chopped tomatoes and when bubbling add in your raw prawns and cook for about 4 mins (until prawns turn pink). Season well with salt & black pepper.
5) add your cooked pasta to the dish and stir through to coat everything
6) sprinkle over some fresh parsley and enjoy. Mop up the sauce with some crusty bread!
