Turkey Burgers
(makes 4)
ingredients:
300g turkey mince
1 spring onion finely sliced
3 cloves of garlic, minced
1/8 red chilli, finely diced
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tsp olive oil
A sprinkle of coarse salt
method:
1. In a large bowl combine the turkey mince, spring onion, garlic, chilli, mustard with a sprinkle of coarse salt.
2. Shape the mixture into patties, this makes 4 burgers.
3. Heat your pan with a good drizzle of olive oil (approx 1 tsp) and cook the burgers for 4-6 minutes a side until fully cooked.
4. Serve and enjoy it really couldn’t be easier!
