The Camerino Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

? 2 shots espresso

? 4 Tablespoon pumpkin purée

? 1 Tablespoon maple syrup

? ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

? ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract

? 60ml whole milk (or your preferred milk alternative)

? Whipped cream (optional)

? Pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon (optional) Pumpkin Pie Spice (this makes enough to have plenty leftover)

3 Tablespoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon ground ginger

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

3 Tablespoon ground mixed spice

 

Instructions:

1. Blend the pumpkin pie spices: Whisk all together and set aside in a jar.

2. Brew the perfect espresso: We use beans from an Irish roastery. You can use whatever beans you love best. Feeling bougie? Use a mocha pot. Feeling like an investment banker? Use a pod-type coffee machine. Feeling lazy? Use instant.

3. Whisk together the flavors: In a mug, combine the pumpkin purée, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Give it a good stir to ensure the flavors blend seamlessly.

4. Heat the milk: Gently warm your chosen milk over medium-low heat until it's steaming but not boiling.

5. Create the froth: Using a milk frother, whisk the warm milk until it's light and fluffy.

6. Assemble the latte: Pour the frothed milk over the espresso and pumpkin mixture.

7. Add your finishing touches: For an extra touch of indulgence, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of more pumpkin pie spice. Enjoy your handcrafted Camerino Pumpkin Spice Latte!
