Ingredients:
· 350g Self Raising Flour
· 1 Tablespoon of Crushed Fennel Seeds
· 1 Teaspoon Sugar
· 300ml of Milk
· 1 Tablespoon Sunflower Oil
· 1 Tablespoon of Tomato Puree
· 50g of Sundried Tomatoes
Method:
1. Pre heat the oven to 190°C then grease and line a 900g loaf tin.
2. Put the flour, seeds and sugar into a mixing bowl and mix together well.
3. In a jug, Add the milk, oil, puree and sundries tomatoes. Stir well to combine.
4. Add the liquid to the dry Ingredients and mix well then transfer to the tin.
5. Smooth the top of the dough with the back of a spoon. Make a cut down the centre of the dough with a knife.
6. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until risen and when the base is tapped it should sound hollow.
