INGREDIENTS:
For The Brownie:
200g white/brown sugar
110g vegetable/sunflower oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 eggs
60g plain flour
30g cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
METHOD:
1. Whisk the sugar, oil, vanilla and eggs together.
2. Mix in the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt
3. Chop up the bars from the selection box that have a filling, eg caramel, double decker, crunchie.
4. Line an 8inch approx. tin with parchment paper, put half the brownie mix in the bottom, then cover with chopped up bars, and cover with the remaining brownie mix
5. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 30 mins approx.

For The Chcoolate Sauce:
60g chocolate (plain chocolate bars in selection box)
80g cream
1. Chop the chocolate, and bring the cream to the boil.
2. Pour hot cream over chocolate, allow to sit for 2 mins then blend with hand blender.
