INGREDIENTS
185g unsalted butter
185g best dark chocolate
85g plain flour
40g cocoa powder
3 large eggs
275g golden caster sugar
6 Cadbury's Crème Eggs, cut in half
METHOD
Preheat the oven to 160c and grease a 20cm square baking tin.
Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a bain marie.
Whisk the eggs and sugar until they look thick and creamy.
Allow the chocolate to cool slightly, before folding into the eggs.
Sift the cocoa and flour before folding into the mixture.
Combine the mixture before pouring into your tine. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, remove the brownies and place the creme egg halves into the mix spacing them apart evenly. Bake in the oven for a further 10-15 minutes until the brownies are cooked to your liking.
Leave to cool before removing from the tin and cutting.
