Ham Puff Pastry Pie with Appleslaw
Ingredients:

Method
· Roll out 1 of the pastry sheets to make it thinner.
· Prick with holes using a fork then place on a baking sheet and bake in an oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes.
· Meanwhile, grate the cheeses and mix with the breadcrumbs and melted butter.
· In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, garlic and mustard.
· Remove the pastry from the oven and allow to cool. Keeping a 1-inch border around the outside, sprinkle half the cheese mix into the centre.
· Lay over the slices of ham, spread over the sour cream mix, sprinkle with the herbs and finish off with the remaining cheese mix.
· Place the second rectangle of pastry on top. You might need to roll out to make it bigger. Seal with a fork around the edge and brush with a beaten egg.
· Bake again for another 15-20 mins until golden.
· To make the apple slaw, cover the sliced apples in lemon juice and then mixi the rest of the ingredients together.
