Ingredients
380g fillet of Beef
1 tbspn Dijon mustard
40ml brandy
100ml Beef jus or gravy
80ml sour cream
80g sliced mushrooms
200g rice .( white , black , red ) cooked
20g mixed seeds roasted
100ml sesame oil and soy sauce mixed
1. Heat a non stick pan until its smokes . Add a small amount of sunflower oil and a knob of butter and seal the beef hot . Toss around with a spoon or spatula. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan.
2. Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook to soft . Stir in the Dijon then add the brandy. Be careful as it will flame. Follow the brandy with the beef jus.
3. Add the cream and beef into the pan and lower to a simmer.
4. To serve place the rice in a microwave for 1 minute. Remove and stir in the seeds and sesame oil mix.
5. Spoon some beef and some rice onto a plate and garnish with parsley
