Put On a large Pot of salted water and Bring to the boil.
Cook the Lobster for 9 minutes then remove with a tongs.
Remove all the meat from the shell using a scissors and set aside on a plate.
Preheat your oven to 220c. Wash the Cherry Tomatoes keeping them whole. Place them in an earthenware dish , sprinkle with Olive Oil , salt and Pepper then place in the oven.
You have to cook the Tomatoes until they are a dark colour, 25 mins.
Place another Pot filled with salted water on the range . Add the pasta and cook for 3 mins.
In a separate high sided Frying pan fry the Lobster meat Gently in Oil.
Remove the Tomatoes from the oven and break up with cream. Just mix it to combine.
Add the Garlic and chilli to the lobster and a squeeze of Lemon,
