200G Taglioni fresh
100g Prawn
1 Courgette Diced
8 Cherry Tomatoes
1 Clove Garlic Chopped
1 Birds Eye Red Chilli
50ml White Wine
1 Bunch basil Picked
1 half lemon
1. Set a Pot of Salted water to boil on the range, add plenty of salt.
2. Slice the Squid and remove the Tough outer skin.
3. Toss the Courgettes and Tomatoes in a bowl with some olive oil and Bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
4. Heat a frying pan to heatThen add the squid to the pan.
5. While the squid is cooking add the Taglioni to the water and cook for 3 minutes
6. Remove the Courgette and tomato from the oven and add to the squid
7. Add the chilli and Garlic to the Pan, then a squeeze of lemon juice and the white wine
8. Add the pasta and a ladle of the cooking liquid
9. Season to taste and add the basil to serve
