Teriyaki King Prawn Udon Noodles

Kwanghi Chan's Teriyaki King Prawn Udon Noodles

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp, vegetable oil
  • Thumb size ginger
  • 200g beansprouts, washed and drained
  • 1 bok choi in quarters
  • 1/2 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 24 king prawns, cooked
  • 500g udon noodles, or 3packs
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce, or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 1 spring onion, chopped

Preparation

- Wash and drain beansprouts.

- Slice ginger, bok choi and carrot into thin slices.

- Heat oil in wok on high heat.

- Fry ginger, king prawns,and vegetables for 3 minutes.

- Add beansprouts and fry for 3 minutes.

- Add udon noodles and fry for 4 minutes. Whilst frying add sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt and spring onions.
