1. Season the wings/drumsticks with the salt, paprika, garlic and baking powder (this helps crisp the skin in the oven!)
2. Lay on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes, turning after 20 minutes to ensure an even brown colour.
3. To make the sauce, add the Frank's RedHot Buffalo Wing hotsauce, butter and honey to a saucepan and bring to a light simmer. Once slightly thickened, add the cooked wings to a bowl and pour the sauce over.
4. Pop the coated wings/drumsticks under the grill for another 3-4 minutes to get a caramelized exterior, or serve immediately with some blue cheese dressing!
