Thinly slice the lamb into strips - then place it in a bowl
Add the juice of a whole lemon, the oregano, cumin, paprika, dried chilli, salt and pepper, 3 cloves of garlic, a tablespoon of olive oil, then mix well, and place in the fridge (leave for a minimum of 1 hour, preferably overnight).
Once the lamb is marinated, place a pan on a high heat, and add you lamb, allow it to fry for 2/3 minutes, you want the lamb to sear, but still be pink.
Tzatziki:
Place the yoghurt in bowl
now add the cucumber, juice of half a lemon, mint, salt and pepper, the remaining garlic, a small pinch of cumin, and mix well.
To Serve:
Dress the kos with the remaining olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper, and place it in a large bowl.
Then place the lamb over the lettuce, next spoon the tzatziki over the lamb, now crumble the feta on top, and lastly cut the pomegranate in half and tap it over your salad so the seeds come out and scatter over the dish.
Serve the dish to the table and let people help themselves. Enjoy!
