Caryna’s Cardamom Sour Cream Buns
Makes 12 buns

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
2. Line a muffin tin with bun cases.
3. Mix together the egg, sour cream and sugar (this is your wet mix).
4. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, cardamom and salt. Add to the wet mix and gently fold together until just combined.
5. Divide the batter among 12 bun cases and bake for 15- 20 minutes.
6. Let the buns rest for 5 minutes before removing from the tin and cooling completely.
7. Make the icing by mixing the sour cream and icing sugar. Top each bun with some icing and enjoy!
