100 ml milk – if you wanted to avoid dairy oat milk can be used instead
50 ml vegetable oil
2 tbsp of coconut oil melted
Method:
1. Combine all dry ingredients together
2. Combine all the wet ingredients together. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry.
3. For a blueberry muffin half fill a muffin case add some blueberries , top with more blueberries and a sprinkle of oats
4. For a choc chip muffin add 100g of chocolate chips to the muffin mix. Fill muffin cases and top each muffin with a few additional chocolate chips and some oats
5. Bake at 170 for about 15 minutes . the muffin mixture will keep in the fridge for 2 days allowing allowing you to bake muffins fresh each morning
