Summer Berry and Yogurt Granola Pots

Ingredients
480ml Natural Yogurt
12 Tbsp Honey / Maple Syrup
12 Tbsp Homemade Granola
150g Mixed Berries ( Strawberry, Raspberry, Blueberry )
Quick Homemade Granola
40 g Mixed Nuts
150 g Oats
50 g Pumpkin Seeds
50 g Sunflower Seeds
20 g Dried Cranberry’s
1 Tbsp Sunflower oil
2 Tbsp Honey
1 Tsp Cinnamon ground
Method:

To make the quick Granola, place in a medium pot over medium heat the oil, honey and cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir till combined.

Pour in oats, seeds, mixed nuts and dried cranberries and stir well till combined.

Continue to move around the pot until golden in colour approx 5 minutes.

Spread onto a baking tray to cool.

Spoon natural yogurt into a glass until approx half full

Add 2 Tbsps of honey and stir a little

Top with homemade granola then place mixed berries on top

Drizzle with 1 Tbsp of honey on top of the berries

Serve straight away
