RECIPE
Serves 10
Ingredients
1 Panettone
4 eggs
100 ml Full Fat Milk
100 ml Cream
Vanilla Pod
Method
Slice the panettone the night before, so it is a bit stale the day after.
Mix all the other ingredients, soak the panettone in it.
Over medium heat, put some butter in a pan and cook the Panettone on both sides; just about 1-2 minutes on each side.
Transfer over into an oven tray and bake at 170 for 7-8 minutes,
Serve with some Icing sugar dusting and some Custard, even Ice Cream.
