Mars Krispie Christmas Puddings

Kelly Lou's Mars Krispie Christmas Puddings

Ingredients:200g butter400g chopped Mars bars200g Rice Krispies150g white chocolateSprinkles of your choice to decorate

Method:
- In a saucepan melt together the butter and Mars bars on a low heat- Use a whisk to break up the Mars bar Nougat- Once melted pour over Rice Krispies in a large bowl and mix until the Krispies are fully coated in the chocolate mix- Press the mix into a lined cupcake tin and put into the fridge to set for minimum 3 hours or overnight- When Krispies are fully set remove from cupcake case and turn upside down- Melt the white chocolate over a Bain Marie or in a microwave- With a piping bag or with a spoon cover the top of the krispie with the melted white chocolate and allow to drip down the side- Decorate with sprinkles- Place in fridge for 1/2 hour to set the chocolate
