Ingredients:
1/2 cucumber
2-3cm Brocoli
1 handful Kale
1 handful spinach
1/2 medium courgette
1 stalk celery
1 apple
6 mangetout
1 small handful lettuce
Method:
Simply Juice the lot and pour over a little ice, then turn your phone or laptop off and take five minute to yourself.
We often lose touch of the fact that ultimately food is for fuel and you're only going to get out of it what you put in.
So bear this in mind for something to enjoy to keep you going, including mineral rich greens, sweet apple, cooling cucumber and crunchy courgette and mange tout.
It's the Green Veggie Big Hitter!
