Base:
- 120g Oats
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Honey
- Pinch of salt
Caramel:
- 80g Peanut butter
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 tsp Coconut oil
- Handful of Chopped peanuts
Chocolate layer:
- 80g Chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Base:
1. In a bowl, combine 120g oats, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp honey, and a pinch of salt.
2. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a lined baking dish and set it aside.
Caramel:
1. In a saucepan, mix 80g peanut butter, 4 tbsp honey, 1/2 tsp vanilla, a pinch of salt, and 1 tsp coconut oil.
2. Heat the mixture over low heat, stirring continuously until smooth.
3. Stir in a handful of chopped peanuts.
4. Pour the caramel mixture over the oat base in the baking dish.
Chocolate layer:
1. Melt 80g chocolate with 1 tsp coconut oil.
2. Pour the melted chocolate over the caramel layer.
3. Spread the chocolate evenly to cover the caramel.
4. Refrigerate the bars until the chocolate sets.
5. Once set, cut into bars and enjoy your homemade Snickers bars!
