Ingredients
400g of chicken to be coated in:
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp turmeric
1 heaped tbsp yogurt
1 tbsp tomato purée
1 tbsp garlic purée
1 tsp ground ginger
salt and pepper
1 tsp oil
juice of a lemon
1 tsp red food colouring (optional)
for the mint & lime yoghurt, mix the following:
1 to 2 tbsp of fat free yoghurt
juice of 2 limes
freshly chopped mint
salt and pepper
Method
Coat 400g of chicken in all of the spices, yoghurt, tomato puree, lemon and a dash of red food colouring. Once done, mix together in a bowl.
Place the chicken pieces onto skewers and cook them in the air fryer at 200°C for 17 minutes.
Create your refreshing mint and lime yoghurt dip by blending fat-free yoghurt with the juice of two limes, freshly chopped mint, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
