White Chocolate & Raspberry Banana Bread
White Chocolate & Raspberry Banana Bread
 
Ingredients: 
- 2 Ripe Banana's
- 2 Eggs
- 100g White Chocolate Chips
- 60g Raspberries 
- 180g Flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 80g Honey
- 120g Melted butter/oil
 - Cinnamon (optional) 
 
Instructions: 
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the 2 bananas and beat the 2 eggs together. 
2. Add the honey & melted butter and mix throughout. 
3. Sieve the flour and baking powder into the mix and gently fold the mix (not to remove all the air adding from sieving) 
4. Add the white chocolate, raspberries, pinch of cinnamon and mix gently.
5. In a baking tray, line the surface with oil or parchment paper. Add in the wet mix and make sure it is evenly spread around the base. 
6. Pop into a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 25 - 30 min until golden brown and risen.
