Chicken, Chorizo and Cannelini Bean Cassoulet
Ingredients
2 x chicken fillets
100g of chorizo, diced
1 onion, sliced
A small handful of cannellini beans
Dried oregano
Half a stock cube
1 tin of chopped tomatoes
Sea salt and cracked black pepper
Crusty bread
