Peanut Satay

Sauce ingredients:

240g peanut butter

1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar

6 tbsp. tamari

6 tbsp. maple syrup

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp chilli powder

2 tsp ginger powder

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp salt

120 ml water

Other ingredients:

1 tbs oi

Peanut Satay

Sauce ingredients:

1 bag stir fry veg

100g noodles

 

Method:

  1. Blend all sauce ingredients together until they are a smooth consistency.
  2. Heat a tbsp. of oil in a wide pan over a high heat, add the vegetables and cook right down.
  3. Next add in your noodles and fry for approximately 3 minutes.
  4. Finally add in your pre-made sauce, heat and enjoy!

 

1 bag stir fry veg
