INGREDIENTS
· 1 head of cauliflower
· 1 tablespoon tomato purée
· 4 tablespoons oil
· 2 tablespoons tamari/soy sauce
· 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
· 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
· 1 teaspoon garlic powder
· 1 teaspoon chilli powder
· 1 tablespoon maple syrup/other liquid sweetener
· 2 tablespoons water
INSTRUCTIONS
· Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C/400 degrees F/Gas Mark 6. Chop the cauliflower into wing-size pieces and put into a bowl.
· Put the rest of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk together, using a fork, until a nice smooth mixture forms.
· Pour this marinade over the cauliflower wings and mix to coat thoroughly. Transfer the marinated wings to a baking tray and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until they are nice and crispy.
