handful of fresh coriander and mint finely chopped
3-4 tbsp corn flour
4-5 tbsp of vegetable oil (about1 tbsp for each burger)
4 burger buns
For coleslaw mix all the ingredients below in a bowl.
¼ head oficeberg lettuce head finely chopped
1 small carrot grated
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
3 tbsp mayonaise
1 tbsp salad cream
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp yellow mustard
Method
For burger
Mix all the above ingredients (apart from oil and buns) for burger in a bowl.
Heat a griddle or heavy base pan
When pan is heating, take a handful of mixure and make a patty( use more cornflour if it gets sticky)
When pan is hot, add oil and place patty in hot pan, cook in low to medium heat for about 4-5 min and turn and cook again for 3-4 min or until its cooked.
Place hot patty in burger bun ( you can toast buns in a toaster) with coleslaw and serve with chips or salad.
