Ingredients
1 Red pepper Thinly Sliced
1 onion thinly sliced
½ tsp Chinese five spice
1 tsp Garlic Granules
½ tsp onion granules
½ tsp Chilli Powder
½ tsp Paprika
250g Chicken Thigh meat cut into 1.5 cm strips
125ml Buttermilk
75g Flour?
450g Flour potatoes
1 Tbsp Veg Oil

Instructions:
1. In bowl mix chicken, buttermilk and plenty of spices , cover and chill for 1 hour
2. Cut potatoes into finger size strips, put in colander and rinse well with cold water , shake to drain , tip on to kitchen towel and dry
3. Pre heat Air fryer to 200 degrees .in medium bowl mix the potatoes with oil
4. Add potatoes to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes /shaking halfway
5. Put flour into separate bowl and mix with spices
6. Dip each chicken strip piece ( shake off excess buttermilk) ?into the ?flour to coat . transfer to a plate
7. Add chicken to air fryer basket (with potatoes still in there and cook for 15mins , stirring? half way in or shaking the basket halfway in
8. Add peppers and onions and cook for a further 7/8 minutes until the chips are crispy , chicken is fully cooked, and the peppers and onions have softened
9. Tip the fully cooked mixture into a bowl add more spices and seasoning toss to coat
10. Divide mixture between two paper bags, shake and serve
