INGREDIENTS:
250g digestive biscuits
100g butter, melted
390g caramel
4 small bananas
250ml fresh cream
Grated chocolate / chocolate flake
METHOD:
1. Place your digestive biscuits in a plastic bag before crushing with a rolling pin.
2. Combine your biscuits with melted butter until the mixture is moist, then press the biscuit
mixture into the base of six glasses, leaving to chill for 15 minutes.
4. Spread your caramel over the biscuit base with a spoon or spatula, then arrange your sliced
bananas on top.
5. Whip your fresh cream and spread it over the caramel banana mixture, garnishing with a
chocolate flake to serve.
