Serves 4 (as a side or starter)
What you’ll need :
- 400G Chicken Wings
- 2Tbsp Cornflour
- 1Tbsp Lemon Pepper or Salt & Pepper
- 200mls Franks Buffalo Sauce
- 1Tbsp Butter
-1Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- Oil (I used rapeseed, olive oil is perfect too)
Method
Drop the wings into a mixing bowl and give them a splash of oil, then drop in your lemon pepper or salt and black and white pepper and cornflour and give a good shake, you can even get yer hands in there to make sure they’re all nice and coated.
Pop them into an airfryer at 190o° for 20 to 25 mins shaking a couple of times through the process.
If oven cooking pop into a preheated oven at 200° for 20 to 25 mins, turn halfway through.
When the wings are cooked get a high sided pan or wok and pop on a medium heat
Drop the butter in, when it melts add the Buffalo sauce and apple cider vinegar and then the wings
Give them a good mix up to ensure they’re all evenly coated.
Serve with som blue cheese or garlic dip and enjoy
