Black Pudding Bon Bon’s
Ingredients:
Instructions
1. In a mixer, blend the pudding and sausage meat until well combined.
2. Using a baller, measure out equal amounts of the sausage/pudding mix and roll into round balls.
3. Dredge in flour, then egg and lastly crumb with the Panko breadcrumbs.
4. Chill or freeze or use straight away by heating cooking oil to 180 degrees and frying the bon bon balls until golden and fully cooked.
5. Drain on kitchen towel and serve with the chutney as demonstrated.
