INGREDIENTS
1 box Tunnock’s Tea Cakes
About 4 Curly Wurlie bars
1 bag of M&M’s – use the red ones
Candy eyeballs or candy bits to use for eyes
“Glue” – butter, chocolate frosting, chocolate ganache or nut butters work well
Method:
Unwrap your candies.
Using the tip of a knife, poke two holes in the teacakes where you want your antlers to go. Cut your Curly Wurlies diagonally through the spaces. Stick one piece into the holes you made in the teacakes. Do this gently so the chocolate doesn’t crack. The inside is quite soft.
Using a toothpick or a piping bag, place two dots of ‘glue’ onto the face of the reindeer for the eyes. If you are using chocolate frosting or ganache, you might like the way this looks on its own. If you have candy eyes, use your glue to gently press them on.
Place another dot of “glue” where you want the nose to go. Place one red M&M there for Rudolph’s nose.
Ho ho ho!
