Ingredients:
· 6 Eggs
· 130 grams of sugar
· 40 grams of flour
· 200 grams of dark chocolate
· 160 grams of butter
Method:
1. Melt the butter with the sugar in a saucepan.
2. Add the dark chocolate and stir well until you get a ganache.
3. Remove from the stove and add the eggs. Stir well. Then add the flour.
4. Leave the mix to rest in the fridge for few hours.
5. Pre heat your oven at 180 degrees.
6. Get about 5 individual moulds, spray grease around it so the chocolate fondant will not stick around when cooking and pour the mix, fill to about 3/4 of the mould.
7. Cook in the pre heated oven for about 7 to 10 minutes.
8. It is important to check the cooking after 7 minutes as every oven cook so differently.
9. Your chocolate fondant will be ready as soon as you see the top of the mix been cooked.
10. Then remove from the oven, and delicately, with a flat spatula, lift the fondant onto a plate and remove the ring slowly.
11. If you feel the ring does not come up nicely, take a small knife and go around the ring without breaking the fondant. It is so important to spray the ring well.
12. Serve with ice cream or nice berry compote.
