Hot Dogs With Corn on the Cob
INGREDIENTS:
8 Templetuohy BBQ Sausages
Olive oil
8 Bread Rolls
Topping Options:
Chef Ketchup
Mustard
Mayo
Salad Toppings:
Coleslaw
Pickle relish
Lettuce
1 grilled onion
2 peppers (green and red)
Garlic Corn on The Cob:
100g real butter, softened
2tbsp chopped parsley
1 garlic clove, crushed
8 corn on the cob (come in packs of 2)
Cooking spray
Butter

METHOD:
1. Heat a large grill pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add a drizzle of olive oil.
3. Place the sausage in the pan and brown on both sides for three minutes.
4. Reduce heat and cook until sausage reach the internal temperature of 75C.
5. Total cook time should be about 10 – 12 minutes.
6. While your sausages are browning, brush a little oil onto the inside of the rolls. Pop them under the grill and toast to your liking.
7. Place the sausage in your roll and top with your favourite toppings.
For The Corn:
1. Beat the butter with the parsley and crushed garlic until well distributed and soft.
2. Put onto a piece of cling film and roll it to form a sausage shape.
3. Store in the fridge until ready to use.
4. Preheat oven to 220C.
5. Cover an oven try with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray.
6. Coat your corn with some butter and lie in the tray. Cover loosely with foil.
7. Bake for 25minutes turning occasionally, or until tender.
8. Uncover and increase oven temperature for 3 minutes to char slightly.
9. Serve alongside your butter.
