Spicy Red Pepper Pasta for one
Ingredients: 100g wholewheat pasta 15g pine nuts 40g Spinach (handful) Happy Pear Spicy Red Pepper Pesto
Method: 1. Boil 100g pasta, as directed on packet (approx. 9 minutes) 2. When pasta is boiling put dry pan on medium heat 3. Add handful of pine nuts on the pan to toast, 2/3 minutes, keep moving nuts in the pan so they don’t burn. When done, remove from heat. 4. Drain Pasta and return to pan 5. Add 2 tablespoons of Happy Pear Spicy Red Pepper Pesto 6. Stir in handul of spinach until it wilts 7. Top with toasted pine nuts 8. Serve and enjoy!
Happy Pear Easy Canapes
Ingredients: SuperValu Signature Tastes crackers 50g cherry tomatoes Small bunch fresh basil Happy Pear Black Olive Tapenade
Method: 1. Take SuperValu Signature Tastes crackers 2. Top each cracker with teaspoon of Happy Pear Black Olive Tapenade 3. Top each cracker with quartered cherry tomatoes 4. Finish with fresh basil
