1. Treat Yo Martini

50ml Seedlip Garden Non alc Spirit

20ml Seedlip Spice Non alc Spirit

1 lemon Zest

1 orange zest

Chill, stir and serve

Garnish with sugar snap pea

2. Homemade lemonade

30ml Lemon juice

30ml lime juice

30ml orange juice

50ml Flavoured syrup (Darren will show three different syrups - Jasmine tea and Juniper syrup, Blueberry and honey, Chamomile and Grapefruit)

100ml Sparkling water

3. The You Brew (served Hot or cold)

1 teaspoon loose leaf Earl grey tea

1 table spoon honey

2 Fresh strawberry

4 slices cucumber

100ml Hot water

2 pieces pink grapefruit

1 wedge lemon

Add all to heat proof teapot, allow to brew for several minutes, serve warm or over ice
