For the burger:
BBQ grilled veg (a selection of aubergines, courgettes, red/yellow peppers, red onions, sweet potato, asparagus or whatever you have)

Spinach / Rocket

Sea salt
For the burger assembly:
Burger buns (wholemeal or wholegrain preferably or a nice sourdough bread)
Hummus
Pesto
Sauerkraut/Kimchi
