David Gillick has these energy-packed oat pancakes!
Ingredients:
50g oats
1 egg
Water
Coconut Oil
Greek Yogurt
Fresh Berries
Method:
Place oats in bowl, cover with boiling water and leave for one minute.
Add one egg and mix.
Melt coconut oil in pan, ladle oat mixture on to pan making three or four pancakes.
Leave to cook for three minutes and flip, and leave for a futher two minutes until crisp and light brown in colour.
Cover with greek yogurt, nuts, seeds and berries.
