No Bake Yule Log

Ingredients
4 packets of oreo
280g cream cheese
1 tub of whipped cream
200g milk chocolate
Method
Blend up the Oreo’s to a fine crumb. Add the cream cheese and mix together.
Place it onto parchment paper and roll it all out with a rolling pin until perfectly square and flattened.
Place on the whipped cream and then roll using the parchment paper and chill until hardened.
Cover with melted chocolate and allow to set before serving. Enjoy.
