Ingredients:
1/4 red cabbage (shredded)
1/4 white cabbage (shredded)
1 large carrot (grated)
1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
Handful fresh coriander or parsley (chopped)
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream
1 tsp Dijon mustard
Juice of 1/2 lime
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
Toss cabbage, carrot, onion, and herbs in a bowl.
In a small bowl, mix mayo, yogurt, mustard, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Combine with veg and mix well. Chill until serving.
