Eoin Cluskey's Buttermilk Batch Bread
Ingredients:
1kg strong white flour
700g buttermilk
20g fresh yeast
20g salt
Method:
Add your flour to a large mixing bowl
Make a well in the center and crumble in the fresh yeast
Add the buttermilk and mix until combined
Once combined sprinkle in the salt
Allow to prove for 30 minutes.
Knock it back and shape the loaf and prove again for 1.5 hours
Bake at 250 degrees for 40 minutes
