Ingredients
• 450g pork mince
• 1 small apple, peeled, cored & grated
• 1 small clove garlic crushed
• 25g fresh breadcrumbs
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp english mustard
• 250g spaghetti, to serve
For sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
• 3 roasted red peppers, roughly chopped
