Spiced beef kebab by Eric Matthews
500g beef mince
1/2 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp harissa
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp ground coriander
2 flat breads
Yogurt dressing:
250g light Greek yoghurt
25g tahini
1 salted lemon
2 charred spring onions
1 lemon
Garnish:
1 cucumber
2 ripe tomatoes
100g sliced red cabbage
1 white onion sliced
Your favorite chili sauce
