1. Pimms and lemonade
50ml pimms
150ml lemonade
Slice orange, mint sprig, strawberry and cucumber
Build all in serving vessel
2. Strawberries and cream
45ml Irish gin
20ml pimms
4 medium strawberries
10ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup(1:1)*
30ml fresh cream float
- Add all ingredients except cream to shaker, hard shake and fine strain, and float cream off back of spoon
- Strawberry and mint garnish
3. Match point Bellini
4 strawberries
20ml strawberry infused ketel one vodka*
5ml balsamic glaze
Top with Champagne
- Add all ingredients with ice to shaker except Champagne
- Hard shake and fine strain into glass and top with champagne
- Garnish with black pepper and strawberry
4. Winning at lemonade (non alcolic recipe)
30ml lemon
30ml lime
30ml orange juice
4 strawberries
30ml honey
100ml sparkling
- Add to glass stirring, and then top with sparkling
How to make
Sugar syrup(1:1)*
- Add one and half cups water to pot and bring to the boil , then add one cup of white granulated sugar, stir till sugar is broken down
- Remove from heat
- Allow to chill
- Bottle and store in the fridge
Strawberry infused ketel*
- 15 medium sized strawberries with green top removed and washed gently and placed in clean jar with 1 bottle good vodka(I used ketel)
- Seal and allow to infuse for about a week
- Then strain and use
