Adrian Martin’s Ice Pops
Ingredients
• 250g Strawberries or berry of your choice
• 100ml natural yoghurt
• 1tsp honey
Method
1. Place all into a blender and blitz until nice and smooth.
2. Pour into your ice lolly trays and freeze overnight.
3. Remove from the trays once frozen and enjoy.
