Asian Meat Sung Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients:
- 100g Beef Mince
- thumb of ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 3-4 mushrooms
- handful of peanuts
- 1 tsp chinese 5 spice
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3-4 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions:
- In a frying pan, fry the finely diced ginger, garlic and onion in 1 tbsp sesame oil.
- Add in the grated carrot, mushroom and beef mince. Fry until the mince is browned.
- Season with 5 spice, oyster sauce and soy sauce and stir. Fry for 3-4 minutes until all is combined and reduced slightly.
- Add in the crushed peanuts, and serve in lettuce wraps with freshly chopped scallions and chilli
