Ingredients
If you don’t have self-raising flour: use plain flour and 1 tsp baking powder.
Method
1. Mix
Add the flour and Skyr to a bowl. Stir until it forms a soft dough.
2. Bring together
Lightly flour your surface and knead for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth (don’t overwork it).
3. Divide & roll
Cut into 4 to 6 pieces. Roll each into thin circles (like wraps).
4. Cook
Heat a dry pan over medium heat. Cook each flatbread for about 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden spots appear. * add a little oil to the pan first if you want them more golden and crispy
