Put all the ingredients except the butter in the stand up mixer with the paddle attachment and mix until smooth. Add butter and keep mixing for 5 minutes.
Rest the dough for 10 minutes
Form into small ball about the size of a golf ball and flatten them with your hands into round patties of about 2 inches in thickness. Cook in a pan at medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on either side until they are crispy
Remove from the heat and open with a knife. Fill with cream, dulce de leche and slices of banana or strawberries. Serve warm
