Terms and Conditions

Information on how your data is used can be found at www.virginmediatelevision.ie/privacypolicy. 1 entry per person per day. 1 finalist will be selected at random every week winning €200 ticket voucher, a Biscuit Hamper and entry to the live final on The Six O'clock Show where 7 finalists will compete for 3 exclusive prize experiences. Competition closes at 5:59pm on Monday 21st July. Finalists are randomly selected & contacted by phone. Producers decision is final. Finalists will also be announced on the Six O’ Clock show each week and must be available to attend live final on the Six O’ Clock show in Ballymount studios. Competition may be closed if watching on catch-up services, please check date & times. 

Ticket Prizes: 

Winner’s choice of tickets will be supplied in the form of a €200.00 Ticketmaster e-voucher. E-voucher can be redeemed online at ticketmaster.ie towards participating events in the Republic of Ireland. Customer should treat e-voucher like cash. Lost or stolen e-vouchers cannot be replaced. E-voucher will expire after 5 years. Customer will not be able to use this e-voucher after that date and any unused balance will be lost.  

All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from Virgin Media Television. 

Dubai Prize: 

Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes bank holidays, Valentine’s day/weekend and school holiday periods, specifically the Christmas holidays, summer holidays, spring and autumn half terms and Easter in both the ROI and United Arab Emirates.  

Prize includes return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges as well as one piece of checked baggage per person. Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates direct flights to Dubai. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. If you don’t hold a ROI passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t included in your prize. 

Due to the ever-changing travel advice in relation to world events, we would advise that you look at all the information available with regards to the entry requirements of the destination you are travelling to, before selecting your dates. To understand the risks in a country, follow FCDO Travel Advice. You can find information online at https://www.gov.uk/foreign-travel-advice. It is your responsibility to comply with any requirements for entering UAE and upon returning to the ROI. NDL Group cannot be held responsible for the winner not having the correct travel documentation or following any entry regulations. 

Just so you are aware, transfers to the hotel/airport are not private and you may be sharing with other passengers. 

You will be staying in a 5* hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed.  

Desert Safari will last approximately 6 hours and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Guests who do not which to take pair in the dune bashing ride, will be taken directly to the camp without the rough ride. Henna Painting will be for females only. Vegetarian and Jain options are available. Quad biking and buggy experience are available at an additional costs, however, this will be at the winner’s own expense and risk. ATV driving may not be covered under your travel insurance.  

Hot air balloon ride will last approximately 4-5 hours which includes return travel into the desert, 1.5 hours in the desert plus between 30mins- 1hr in the air depending on weather. Experience is subject to availability at the time of booking and is unsuitable for anyone pregnant or suffering from serious health conditions. There is an additional charge for any traveller over the weight of 120kg which is not included in the experience and will be at the winner’s own expense.  

Burj Coastline-Night Light Dubai Luxury Yacht Tour will last approximately 2 hours and is subject to availability at the time of booking, Alcoholic beverages are not available. Experience is not suitable for anyone pregnant or suffering from a serious medical condition.  

Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days. 

Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should NDL Group be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winner’s behalf, a cash sum will be provided to the winner via bank transfer. 

All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them. 

London Prize:

Your prize includes off peak train travel from the London airport into London that will need to be booked with us at least 6 weeks before you plan to travel. Off peak refers to travel booked outside of morning and evening commuter periods, this varies depending on the train operator but generally excludes departures between 0600-1000 and 1600-1900. For avoidance of doubt, TFL travel within London is not included. 

For one night of your stay, you will be staying in a 5* hotel, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. On your next night of your stay, you will be to a 4-star hotel sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. If you’d prefer a twin room, we will do what we can to secure this for you, but it cannot be guaranteed. Each night stay must be consecutive and can not be taken at separate times and travel dates.  

Your dinner at Galvin La Chapelle is based on two adults enjoying the 5-course tasting menu excluding drinks and service charge. Bookings are strictly subject to availability.

Travel allowance will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days. 

You will be staying in the forest bubble dome, sharing a double room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis. Guests will enjoy 1x Kayaking session, 1x hot tub session, complimentary bike hire for the duration of your stay, morning yoga sessions daily, mid morning pastries and mimosas, plus evening movie screenings. Reservations are strictly subject to availability.
